HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

The start and end dates of the rental.

To validate and block the reservation:
Sign the quotation and return it electronically (preferably by e-mail or fax) or by post.
Please send a 30% deposit by post (with a quotation) or by bank transfer to the address indicated.
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt and the rental will be reserved.
Without the necessary parts, nothing will be reserved.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes, you can choose our delivery service. Tarfis vary according to the place of delivery.
Simply specify the delivery address.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY AN QUOTE IN PROGRESS?
Changes to quotations correspond to a counter offer and therefore to a cancellation of the old quotation.
Therefore a modification is subject to acceptance by our services.
Decreases and modifications result in the loss of discounts and benefits granted.
The modification of the estimate involves the drafting of a new offer to which apply the prices in force at the time of the drafting of the new estimate. Old rates and benefits are not retained.
WHAT ARE OUR PRICES?
All our prices are posted on the site. Unlike our competitors we display our prices and are transparent. So there are no surprises.
For public holidays and for the period of the festival of lights: the applicable weekend day rate per day of rental.
Rentals are made in 24-hour increments (1 Day minimum). Half days count for a 24-hour period.
You can rent your equipment for a single day, a weekend, a week or even several months.
MEANS OF PAYMENT?
We only accept credit card and cash payments. The balance is due at the beginning of the rental period.
Because of the many unpaid checks are no longer accepted as a means of payment or as a deposit.
A credit card loan will be requested at the departure of the equipment as a guarantee.
We are by far the cheapest on the market! We sacrifice our margins to allow everyone to rent quality equipment at low prices. Therefore, we would be grateful if you would not ask the question. thank you for your understanding.
DO YOU PROPOSE THE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION OF THE EQUIPMENT?
Specify in your quotation request that you want the equipment installed for a turnkey solution.
This saves you time in your preparations and does not have to worry about the rest. The assembly service is automatically linked to a delivery.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT?
1 day rental lasts 24 hours.
Morning duty: 9am - 12pm
Evening duty: 18h - 20h
For weekend rentals it is possible to pick up the equipment on Friday evening from 17h depending on available stock and after confirmation by our services.
Delays are billed
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TIME TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
There aren't any! You can make a reservation for the next day. However, the availability of the requested equipment is not guaranteed. It is advisable to allow a reasonable time (minimum: 10 days). A deposit of 30% must be paid at least 48 hours before the rental.
HOW IS THE RENTED EQUIPMENT CONDITIONED?
In complete kit: Machine, utensils, transport box, safety kit, etc.
WARNING: Remember to return ALL accessories, an incomplete Kit is charged in days of delay.
Example: Spatulas, crepe rakes and grease sponges for crepe makers, Hot Dog tongs, measuring spouts for cotton candy machines, etc.
We also put LED signs to advertise you and make you visible.

Yes, we sell all the consumables necessary for the operation of our machines.
